Delete your WhereIam account
You can request deletion of your WhereIam account and associated app data.
If you want to delete your WhereIam account, please follow the steps below. This page is provided for users who need a web-based way to request account deletion.
Option 1: Delete from inside the app
Open WhereIam and go to Profile. If the Delete Account option is available in your app version, use it to request or complete account deletion directly from the app.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
Email us at support@whereiam.click with the subject line WhereIam Account Deletion Request.
Please include:
- Your registered email address
- Your full name
- A short message saying that you want to delete your WhereIam account
What data may be deleted
- Account profile information connected with your WhereIam account
- Saved addresses stored in the app account, if applicable
- Other app data associated with your account, where technically possible
What may not be deleted
Messages or location details that you already shared through WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS, email, or other third-party apps are controlled by those third-party apps and recipients. WhereIam cannot delete messages from another person’s device or from third-party communication services.
Processing time
We aim to process account deletion requests within a reasonable time after verifying ownership. Some limited records may be retained if required for security, legal, fraud-prevention, or compliance purposes.
